Team Strength Analysis

The key to developing high performing teams, is to identify the strengths of your people.  We do this for our clients using the Extended DISC profiling tool. Organisations should be made up of great diversity of knowledge and talent and not run like sausage machine factories – we shouldn’t try and make everyone the same.  Too many organisations worry too much about people’s weaknesses and spend time and money trying to fix them.  The key is if everyone is playing to their strengths and doing what they love, the rest will often take care of itself. We do Team Mapping by conducting DISC profiles on all key people in your organisation and debriefing them on their results.  This process has helped our clients when putting together bid teams, client development champions and in designing highly effective business development activities.  It also helps those who are keen to progress in their careers and may not know what is holding them back.
