Tip 2: Have a game plan

So many people get called into meetings without any idea who they are meeting with, what they are discussing, what they want to take away from the meeting or what to do to impress the person they are meeting with. Clients often walk out from a meeting thinking ‘what was that all about’.  Take a few minutes to research the client, find out what they need.  Have a purpose or intended outcome for every meeting and interaction, and then wow them with your interest in them.
